What data we process

Product and order requests
The website works as a product catalog. Orders are not completed through an online checkout. Product requests are sent by email so Aries Vane Gear can confirm availability, pricing, compatibility, delivery and payment details personally. Request information may also be used for delivery, support, refunds, warranty handling and statutory administration when an order is agreed.
Contact forms
The contact form is powered by Contact Form 7. Submitted messages are sent by email to lean@ariesvanegear.com, with your email address used as the reply-to address. Contact form messages are used to answer your request and may be kept in the mailbox as long as needed for follow-up, service history or administration.
Cookies and embedded content
The website uses necessary WordPress cookies for login, form handling and site operation. The site does not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tracking. Pages may include embedded video content from YouTube or links to Vimeo; when you load or open external content, those providers may process technical data under their own privacy policies.

Data is not kept longer than needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Order, invoice and accounting data is normally kept for the period required for Dutch tax and business administration. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer the request, provide follow-up service, or keep a practical service history. Technical logs and temporary cookies expire or are removed as part of normal site operation.
